BIOGRAPHY

High Shelf Remedy are inspired by nature, activism, love, art, and freedom, whilst drawing songwriting from influences such as Morcheeba, The Moulettes, Gentle Mystics, The Levellers, and Sublime.

.

With a psychedelic folk sound combining 60’s folk revival influence with trip hop, dub, and blues, their eclectic sets are at times gentle and soothing and at other times it will bash you in the face with guitar solos, dubby bass, and colourful drums. Led by the mellifluous harmonies of besties Lauren and Lu; High Shelf Remedy is quirky, fun, and slightly eccentric yet at the same time subtle and chic.

This melting pot gives High Shelf Remedy their own uniquely blended multi-genre concoction of carnivalesque sound.
